Does Touch Display include a case?
Our Touch Display doesn’t include case. It’s mainly provided for manufacturing or brand.
You just need to connect with your interface or device to work it.
Does it work on hard environment?
If your product is used in hard environment (filled with liquid/gas),
you need to choose the most completely bonding type and
anti-seepage glued when panel, touch and your product’s combine.
Does it work with gloved hand touch?
Both PCAP and RTP touch support gloved hand touch, but it still needs to adjusted firmware for different glove materials.
Is there any other size or specification can be choose?
Here is our standard product in website, which can provide sample fast for you.
If you need different specification, our experienced PM team will provide the most suitable solution for you.
How long is the product warranty?
Besides danmage caused by human factors, within one year warranty from the start of shipping.
If there are special conditions, the warranty time will be separately notified.
